Miami Vice - Strawberry Mojito Sour

We’ve hit the streets in a personal crusade for redemption and vengeance. A soft, creamy sour was refermented on Strawberry before being infused with Mint and Lime. The next in our series of beer cocktails, we’ve gone for a super refreshing Mojito, supported by Strawberries. Sometimes you’ve got to fight fire with fire.

Strawberry, Citrus and Mint on the nose, with a solid fruit flavour and moorish Lime twang. It’s refreshing and delicious. Perfect for sipping all year round, particularly in Brisbane; the Florida of Australia.
