Our next DDH Pale sees us return to old faithfuls Citra, Mosaic and Talus, with a little sprinkle of Idaho. Upping the oats leads to a creamier texture, while the quick 70oC whirlpool reduces the IBUs for a pillowy soft experience. All aroma, over a velvety mouthfeel and full finish.

Citra and Talus hit your snozzer first with loads of citrus and a little woody tickle. Mosaic comes through with a tropical fruit salad complexity and Idaho knocks it out with some orange zest, grapefruit and herbal flavours. A rolled oat heavy malt bill gives a creamy texture with a soft finish to leave the experience all aroma with little aftershock.
