Hot Pursuit

Fruit, spice and wood. Goddamn; Westies are the goods. All the flavour, with a savoury mouthfeel and refreshing bitterness that makes you want to get stuck back in. To change things up we put the spotlight on Citra; nicely supported with Simcoe, Amarillo and Chinook, but making sure Citra was all over the place.

First up, biscuit malt and citrus hops whack you in the face. Then a silky mouthfeel brings flavours of lemon, grapefruit, pine and resin, balanced with toasted sourdough and an anzac biscuit finish.
