Lost Valley

Joooooooose! We were beyond stoked when we found out that we snagged Nectaron as our hop for the NZ Hops Brew Challenge. Not since Simcoe have we used such a complete hop, and what better way to highlight that completeness then a Modern DIPA.

Get ready for a bucket load of the eponymous nectarine on the nose. Extra stone fruits are then backed up with highlights of tropical fruits and a touch of lime citrus. We delivered these juicy characters over a soft and creamy malt base with a hint of white pepper bitterness, for balance. The alcohol helps to tie it all together and allowed us to deliver a huge 17gL ddh.
