Good god we do love Westies. Dank, pine, resin and grapefruit are all the flavours we adore. So we made one on supercharge - a massive double IPA. Up the malt, up the alcohol, up the hops, up the dry hops, and up the flavour. This way, while it smacks you in the face it is also completely in balance; so you can enjoy the ringing in the ears.

A powerful aroma of pine-needles, resin and grapefruit are integrated with flavours of malt biscuits and toffee, finishing with a firm but pleasant bitterness. An old meets new hop combination of Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy and Strata provides layers of hop complexity. While the savoury malt profile is the perfectly structured framework that allows the hops to shine. Make IPAs bitter again.
