Shakedown

Lime Milkshake; a polarising one for the WT team. A hit of nostalgia for some, and a complete abomination for others. Either way, we agreed it’d be fun to give it a shot. A rich, oat laden, protein heavy mash was injected with Cashmere, Citra and Motueka. lime purée was added during fermentation, to get that complete lime hit.

Whoa, that’s some heavy lime gear. Lime in the nose, in the flavour and a tantalising lime citrus finish. The rich, silky mouthfeel oozes with cream. This really shouldn't work, but the citrus helps to balance the sweet body and with a dry citrus finish, this will leave you jonesing for another hit.
