Sunset Strip

An ode to the halcyon days of pine, resin and citrus hop character. A well structured Westie with a solid body and dry finish, which allows the dominant grapefruit, cedar and hop spices to shine.

Cascade is the real hero here, supported amicably by Simcoe, Chinook and Mosaic. Chinook Salvo was used for extra punch, and LUPOMAX Mosaic delivered the final resin sack-whack. We lightened the malt base a touch, and dialled up the citrus and piney hops. Just like the good old days, like 5 years ago.
