Diamonds - Red IPA

Partnering with Kicks Brewing, we've gone classic with a straight up pine and resin focused Red IPA.

Layers of base, biscuit, caramel oats and caramel malt combine with Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe to deliver old fashioned complexity and bitterness. Lemon citrus, with pine needles and resin, undercut with a subtle tropical fruit compote aromas dominate an anzac biscuit mid body, and dry, hop-bitter finish. As it warms more of those biscuity flavours arise, with a soft stonefruit hop flavour. Brendan the Baptist may have had a gut-full of us Northies, but what he don't know, won't hurt him.
