Reality Bites - NZ Pilsner
Combining the intense flavour of NZ hops and the historical processing of lager, we’ve created a Pils that’s punchy but clean. Lagered properly for 12 weeks, we know that some good things take time.
Utilising super light base malt, we jammed in Riwaka, Wai-iti, Motueka, Waimea and Nectaron. Intense aromas of melon, lime citrus, rose water, gooseberry and diesel are evident. The body has a distinct minerality and the finish is crisp with a white pepper bitterness. Refined if that’s your jam, but also complex if you want to go searching for it.
