Worlds collide as we collaborate with besties Kaiju BEER! Pushing their sensibilities, and their buttons, being the first ever lactose laden monstrosity in their portfolio. However, it wouldn’t be a Kaiju beer without excessive amounts of Columbus, Simcoe and Chinook. We even snuck in some Chinook resin when they weren’t looking.
It’s a big old bag of confusion that somehow works, proving chimeras can be a formidable protagonist. A rich oat malt base allows a solid structure for the pine and resin hops to shine. The huge body, loaded with resin and sweetness is balanced by citrus flavours, and a solid clean hop bitterness. Surprisingly drinkable, it’s also insanely complex as it warms, allowing more and more hop flavours to shine. Is this the balance we’ve all been craving this entire time, two sides of the same coin, two souls, transformed into the ultimate warrior? Who really cares, it's tasty and you should drink it.
