Big Fish - Grapefruit IPA

A man tells his stories so many times that he becomes the stories. Reminiscing about old Grapefruit Sculpin days had us telling tales of fruit, blended with bitterness; unheard of these days. We chased that story, with modern hop products and techniques to give something that used to be but never was.

Cascade, Nelson and Amarillo deliver clean citrus and stone fruit over a terpene loaded finish. Driving Cascade as far as we can go, we added it at each step, and used Cascade derived grapefruit terpenes to hyper accentuate those citrus vibes.
