Eureka - Hazy IPA

We found it! The pure, classic gold of Citra and Mosaic, cut with a vein of Cryo Motueka, and sprinkles of Mosaic HyperBoost, terpenes and Motueka HopKief. Tripling down on dry hopping, changing the temperatures, timings and volumes of our dry hop, we’ve gone all in, for that unlikely prospect.

Tropical fruits dominate the aroma, with lime citrus and exotic stone-fruits around the edges. Punchy aromas are backed up with a fluffy body, oat filled mouthfeel and lush finish. That citrus hop note lingers, with a soft bitterness for balance.
