Fair Play - Session IPA

Breaking our Table Beer tradition, with a secret love transfused with jealousy. A clean ferment, a focus on fresh hops and a dry, subtly bitter finish. No funk, no flair, just honest flavours, with a dirty secret.

A chewy malt build with Pale, Malted Oats and Caramel Oats provides a sweet platform for the hops to shine. A combination of EKG, with Amarillo and Nelson brings a little something from around the globe. Fermented with English ESB yeast to drive fruity ester formation it’s a complete fruit salad of deliciousness.
