High Noon - American IPA

No time to hang up the boots, the old ways are new again. Wheat, Munich and Biscuit  malts combine with generous hot side addition of Columbus, Citra, Simcoe and Cascade. Pushing mid 60 IBUs for balance, the savoury malts give texture and position for the dank, woody and piney hops. Columbus really shines in a pine forest of aroma and flavour, with mid palate citrus bursts, stonefruit and a satiating bitter finish.
