Hive - Passionfruit Sparkling Mead

Partnering with a family owned and operated Beekeeping group from southern QLD, we’ve fermented raw honey to bone dry, then back sweetened with more honey and fresh passionfruit. Like a grown up version of Passiona.

The soft fermented honey ester profile is nicely balance with passionfruit. Tropical vibes, over a refreshing and balanced body, with a dry but drinkable finish.
