King Kong - American Stout

Going full beast mode with mates at Kaiju BEER! and Mechanical Pen, we took Simcoe, Columbus and Krush into an American Stout with complex, roasted and toasted malts. The dank, pine and citrus focused hops play intricately with the bitter malt profile. Be careful taking this out of its natural habitat, its immense power will have devastating consequences.

Super piney and dank aromas, combine with tropical and candied citrus notes, over a super malty and dark chocolate malt profile. Loads of fresh hop character, with the fullness of caramel and biscuit malts, finishing with a drying, dark chocolate finish.
