Milk Money - Raw Oatcream IPA

Taking our Raw Beer endeavours a step further, we’ve gone no boil on an Oatcream IPA. In the relentless pursuit of protein, we’ve sidestepped the boil, delivering more texture for this Oatcream. Still with all our favourite rolled and malted oats, and some exciting new favourite hops. Joining Talus and Mosaic is Manilita. A new variety from the boffins at Freestyle in NZ. This unique variety brings grapefruit, strawberry, and candi flavours.

Rich and tropical, this is one that thick Oatcream. Loads of juice, with a lush hop profile on the nose dominated by tropical fruits, grapefruit, strawberry, and that typical Talus wood-like flavour profile. The body is thick, loaded with protiens, allowing a judicious use of hops across a DDH. The sweetness is in balance with the hop load, facilitating a certain drinkability.
