Primer - DDH Hazy Pale

A routine algorithm, with minor iteration has unlocked a new pathway to what once was. Slight adjustments in our water chemistry, whirlpool pH, and yeast selection have highlighted that butterfly effect of tiny changes in original states leading to massive consequences. Loads of oats and wheat, with El Dorado, Galaxy and Mosaic hops, to bring the super tropical vibes.

It's a tropical paradise floating on pillowy clouds. Passionfruit, caramelised banana and stonefruits on the nose, with a super soft mouthfeel and quiet finish. Hop flavour pervades the sweet malt body, highlighting the complex array of tropical flavours from these varieties.
