Treat yourself with a maple berry pancake smoothie sour. Our first shot and we wanted to make it memorable. Starting with a strong lactose sour, we piled in the fruits, with strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, banana and lemon and then went to town on the body with maple syrup, soft serve mix, icing sugar and vanilla. Textural and loaded with berry pancake vibes.

Full on berry hits upfront, with sweet maple and hints of fluffy pancake and banana. It’s an assault on the senses with a huge body and snappy sour finish. The zing from the base sour, lemon and tart raspberry balances the sweetness of the adjuncts and maple. It’s a sometimes food, best enjoyed at the weekend, when you can savour the ridiculousness.
