Swirl - Mulberry, Vanilla & Cacao Pastry Sour
A clean, lactobacillus/saccharomyces co-ferment was secondary fermented on mulberry, before being infused with hand-toasted, organic cacao and Tahitian vanilla pods. Loaded with oats and wheat, as well as lactose sugar, the body is full and creamy, providing balance to the underlying sourness.
Huge, rich fruit on the nose, this is one full Mulberry swirl. The vanilla and cacao provide supporting rolls, adding a creamy texture and bitter chocolate flavours, respectively. The overall impression is a classic Drumstick, creamy and berry loaded with a sneaky choc drop at the end.
