Amélie - Foeder Aged Bière de Garde

A second iteration through our Foeder program. This “beer for keeping” delivers complexity and cleanliness in the same carafe. Aged six months for maximum vanilla extraction without the tannic bite.

An oak aged Bière De Garde interpretation brings layers of texture and vanilla to a malty pale ale base. Strong in flavour and body, the layers of sweet malt shine over a soft body and textured finish.
