Hive - Passionfruit Sparkling Mead

Partnering with a family owned and operated Beekeeping group from southern QLD, we’ve fermented raw honey to bone dry, then back sweetened with more honey and passionfruit.  It’s a fully fermented, sparkling session mead that drinks like passiona in the summer time.
